If you're having chips, turn the oven on now
Put a big glug of olive oil or groundnut oil in the frying pan, swirling it round to coat all the pan and turn on the power to full to heat the pan up.
With clean hands, crumble the minced beef into the pan and stir well to mix in with the onions.
Fry the meat and onions until the meat goes a light brown
If you're having chips, now's the time to put the chips in (making sure the oven is hot enough first)
Crumble the beef oxo cube in and, yep, mix well.
Turn the heat down to about 3/4 now or about number 7 if you're using electric and fry for about 10 minutes
After about 7-10 minutes, heat the tortillas according to the instructions on their packaging.
Once the tortillas are ready, pour a bit of the beef mix onto the middle of the tortilla and roll into a wrap. Place these into an ovenproof dish and sprinkle with the grated cheese.
Place under a hot grill until the cheese melts.
Take out the chips and put them into another bowl and serve with the tortillas on another plate.
Eat and have a great night.
